BACK IN STOCK MID JANUARY 2017 - Chateau Haut Canteloup Eleve en Fut 2015 is pale lemon in colour, with intense notes of lemon, stone fruits (peach, apricot), and toasted vanilla. On the palate the oak is subtle, allowing the freshness and citrus fruits to carry through, along with delicious stone fruit flavours. Fabulous paired with roast chicken or a creamy risotto. Also excellent with scallops.

This family really know how to make wine, and continue to win awards for their skills. Chateau Haut Canteloup Rouge Prestige 2013, is a very ruby red, bordering on purple. The nose is an intense bouquet of red and black fruits. On the palate, superb ripe blackberries and blackcurrants plus very slightly roasted flavours from the 12 months in oak barrels. The tannins are velvety and smooth. Extremely delicious drank with a good steak! Can keep for 5-10 years.

Chateau Les Pierreres Blaye 2012 has spent 15 months in oak barrels. The nose has rich and warm notes of plum and black cherries. In the mouth it is full and rich, with blackcurrant, toasted notes, subtle coffee flavours and soft smooth tannins A really great wine from the Chateau Haut Canteloup family, that can be enjoyed with all red meats and cheeses.
