The grapes are totally de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature for 35 days. 12 months ageing of 50% of the wine in new oak barrels and the other half in the tank, therefore preserving the freshness of the fruit. On the nose, ripe, sweet red fruits. Very clear and fragrant. Aromatic and bold in the mouth with fine peppery notes. A truly magnificent wine
