Domaine Cazulet Rouge 2015

Domaine Cazulet Rouge 2014 is a blend of cabernet sauvignon and malbec, which brings freshness and tannic structure.  Slightly peppery on the nose, with the merlot making it fruity and velvety.  It is slightly mineral which is due to the clay limestone present in the ground (their vines sit on an area known as ‘the rock’). It is fresh, fruity, medium bodied with great structure, and it’s organic. All in all a well rounded and balanced elegant wine.
