2015 VINTAGE ARRIVING END OF MARCH 2017 - This Prestige red is a blend of Merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Organic winemakers with passion and skill, and who respect the environment is a recipe for great wine. This wine is aged in french oak barrels for 12 months, gathering notes of spiced cooked black fruits, vanilla and coffee. In the mouth it is full of cooked blackberry. The tannins present give it good structure. When I need a fruity blackberry fix I reach for this, which for the price is a steal.

This organic sauvignon blanc is fresh and aromatic, with delicious notes of citrus fruits, and white flowers. In the mouth it is very fresh and lightly fruity, with lemon, melon and really good acidity to balance it all. This is an excellent wine that can be drank alone, or with fish and seafood. It is a very popular wine at the fabulous Boro Bistro restaurant in London Bridge
