Chateau Des Tourtes Red Prestige 2014 is extremely elegant, with a deep garnet colour.  On the nose it’s very reminiscent of blackberries, with toasty overtones from the wooden barrels.  It is medium bodied and velvety on the palate with a strong backbone.  The fruit is beautifully balanced from the flavours from the oak barrel.  When people try this wine, 2 words always spring up – ‘silk’ and ‘velvet’.
